1Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and ec77 ("ec77", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the ec77 online betting and casino platform available at https://ec77.cam and any associated mobile or application interfaces.

By registering an account, accessing, browsing or using any part of the ec77 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform and close your account.

ec77 is an English-language informational and interactive betting platform designed for users, including Pakistani users, who wish to engage with sports betting, live casino and related gaming content. ec77 does not hold a Pakistan gambling license and does not claim approval from the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority, or any Pakistani financial institution. It is the sole responsibility of each user to determine whether their participation in online gambling activities is lawful in their specific jurisdiction.

2Definitions

In these Terms, the following words and expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

3Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on the ec77 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator and/or the applicable license jurisdiction, at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during Account operation.
• You must be legally permitted to access and use online gambling services in your country, state, province or other applicable jurisdiction. Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law are not eligible to register.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person or entity. Proxy registrations, syndicate accounts and accounts opened for the purpose of receiving bonuses on behalf of third parties are strictly prohibited.
• You must not be a self-excluded individual or a person who has been excluded by another gambling operator and whose exclusion period has not expired.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer or agent of ec77 or any of its affiliates, business partners, or service providers, or an immediate family member or household member of such a person.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

4Registration & KYC Verification

4.1  Account Registration. To access betting and casino services, you must complete the Account registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You undertake to update this information promptly if it changes.

4.2  One Account Policy. Each User is entitled to maintain only one Account on the Platform. Creating or operating duplicate or multiple Accounts is a material breach of these Terms. ec77 reserves the right to close duplicate Accounts and confiscate any balances held therein without prior notice.

4.3  KYC Documentation. ec77 is required to verify the identity and age of all Users before processing withdrawal requests and at other times where verification is deemed necessary. Acceptable documentation includes:

• Government-issued photographic identification (national identity card, passport or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence).
• Proof of payment method ownership where the method used for deposits requires verification.

4.4  Failure to Verify. If a User fails to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested by ec77, the Platform reserves the right to restrict Account functionality, suspend withdrawals or close the Account entirely. ec77 is not liable for any inconvenience or losses arising from a User's failure to complete KYC in a timely manner.

5Terms of Use

5.1  Permitted Use. The ec77 Platform is made available for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may access and use the Platform for the purpose of sports betting, casino gaming and related activities in accordance with these Terms.

5.2  Prohibited Conduct. You agree that you will not, directly or indirectly:

• Use any automated script, bot, spider, crawler or similar tool to access, scrape or interact with the Platform;
• Engage in any form of match-fixing, collusion with other Users, exploitation of software errors or abuse of promotional systems;
• Use VPN, proxy services or other technological means to disguise your true geographic location and circumvent geographic access restrictions;
• Engage in money laundering, fraud or any other criminal activity through the Platform;
• Post, transmit or otherwise introduce any malicious code, virus or disruptive content to the Platform;
• Harass, abuse or threaten ec77 staff or other Platform users in any communications channel.

5.3  Technical Access. ec77 makes reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime and third-party service interruptions may affect Platform availability. ec77 is not liable for losses arising from Platform unavailability outside its reasonable control.

6Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1  Deposit Methods. Accepted deposit methods are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform. Methods available to Pakistani users may include familiar payment references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers through institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. The availability of any specific method, applicable fees and processing times are subject to change without prior notice. The mention of these payment providers is for contextual reference only — no endorsement of gambling by any provider is implied.

6.2  Currency. Account currency is selected at registration. Where PKR amounts are referenced within the Platform for illustrative purposes (e.g., "minimum deposit PKR 500"), these are examples only. Actual minimum and maximum limits are as published in the cashier at the time of transaction.

6.3  Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Completed KYC verification as described in Clause 4;
• Active wagering requirements associated with any bonus funds must be fulfilled prior to withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings;
• Withdrawal requests must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible;
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply as displayed in the cashier.

6.4  Processing Times. Withdrawal processing times are estimates provided by the operator and are not guaranteed. Processing times depend on the payment method selected, KYC status and internal review requirements. ec77 is not responsible for delays caused by the User's bank or payment provider.

6.5  Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. ec77 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the Platform. Users will be notified prior to any fee application.

7Bonuses & Promotions

7.1  General Terms. All bonuses, free spins and promotional offers made available through ec77 are subject to specific individual terms and conditions in addition to these general Terms. In the event of conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.

7.2  Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount or the combined bonus and deposit amount, as specified in the individual offer.

7.3  Maximum Bet During Bonus Play. While a bonus is active in a User's account, maximum single-bet and single-spin limits apply as specified in the individual bonus terms. Placing bets that exceed the stated maximum during bonus play may result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being forfeited.

7.4  Game Contribution. Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute at a higher rate than table games or live casino. Specific contribution rates are published in the individual bonus terms or the bonus terms summary page.

7.5  Bonus Expiry. All bonuses expire after the period stated in the individual offer, measured from the date the bonus is credited to or activated in the User's account. Unused bonus credit and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry without notice.

7.6  Bonus Abuse. ec77 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and/or suspend or close accounts where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: use of multiple accounts to claim a single offer, coordinated play designed to reduce variance, use of excluded payment methods, or any other activity intended to exploit promotional terms dishonestly.

8Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1  Finality of Bets. Once a bet or wager has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform (as evidenced by a bet ID and confirmation message), it is final and cannot be amended or cancelled by the User except where ec77 expressly permits cancellation in specific circumstances.

8.2  Odds and Pricing. All odds are displayed in decimal format. ec77 reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors. Where a bet has been accepted at a clearly erroneous price — for example, as the result of a data feed error — ec77 may void the bet and return the original stake, or offer a settlement at the correct price, at its discretion.

8.3  Event Cancellation & Postponement. In the event that a sporting event (including Pakistan cricket matches, PSL fixtures, ICC tournaments and other sports markets) is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with ec77's individual sport rules, which are available in the help section of the Platform. Where no specific rule applies, the general rule is that bets on an event that does not take place within 48 hours of its originally scheduled start time will be voided and stakes returned.

8.4  Casino Game Integrity. All casino games offered on the Platform use certified random number generators (RNG) or are provided by licensed live dealer studios. Advertised RTP (Return to Player) percentages are theoretical long-run values and do not guarantee specific results for any individual gaming session.

9Responsible Gambling

ec77 is firmly committed to responsible gambling. The Platform provides a range of player-protection tools that are available to all registered Users at no charge. These tools are accessible directly from account settings without the need to contact customer support.

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly caps on deposits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a mandatory cooling-off period before they become active.
• Loss Limits: Users may set a maximum net loss threshold for a defined period. Once reached, further betting is suspended for the remainder of the period.
• Session Timers: Configurable session reminders and automatic logout timers help Users manage their time on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Users wishing to exclude themselves from the Platform for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently may do so by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are irreversible for the duration of the chosen exclusion period.

10Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the ec77 Platform — including but not limited to the ec77 name and logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game content, data feeds and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of ec77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other right or licence is granted by implication, estoppel or otherwise.

10.3 You must not reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile, adapt, translate or create derivative works from any Platform content without ec77's prior written consent.

11Limitation of Liability

11.1  Platform Provided "As Is". The ec77 Platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

11.2  No Guarantee of Winnings. ec77 does not guarantee that users will win money by using the Platform. All gaming and betting activities involve risk, and users may lose all funds deposited.

11.3  Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ec77 excludes liability for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data and loss of goodwill, even if ec77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.4  Maximum Liability. Where liability cannot be excluded, ec77's total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action is limited to the net deposits made by you to your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the claim.

12Suspension & Termination

12.1  User-Initiated Closure. You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to ec77 customer support. Closure requests are processed subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements and KYC obligations. Balances in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via a verified payment method, provided no breach of these Terms has occurred.

12.2  ec77-Initiated Suspension. ec77 reserves the right to suspend or restrict Account functionality immediately and without prior notice where ec77 has reasonable grounds to suspect:

• A breach of these Terms or any applicable law;
• Fraudulent, collusive or otherwise dishonest activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification;
• Account operation by a minor or ineligible person.

12.3  Permanent Closure. Following investigation, ec77 may permanently close an Account where a breach is confirmed. Balances associated with confirmed fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or breach of these Terms may be forfeited. ec77 will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the User's registered email address.

13Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which ec77 holds its operating license. In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter first through ec77's internal complaints process and then, if unresolved, through the dispute resolution mechanism prescribed by the relevant licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law, nor does it constitute a submission by ec77 to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts or an acknowledgement that Pakistani law governs these Terms.

14Amendments to These Terms

ec77 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, ec77 will notify registered Users by email or via an on-Platform notification at least fourteen (14) days before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must close your Account before the amendments take effect. The version of the Terms currently in force is always accessible from the footer of the Platform.
